Buccal Face Massage is an hour dedicated to your face, neck and scalp. It's relaxing yet vigorous, promoting blood flow while decreasing tension in the mimic muscles and surrounding tissue. This treatment is great to create a healthier face and address jaw/face tension, headaches or if you just need to relax. 

Deep Buccal Massage focuses more on neck and lower face. Tension in the muscles and fascia of your neck and jaw are addressed and the buccal (intra-oral) component incorporates active release for deeper engagement of the tissue. Deep Buccal is good for jaw tension, bruxism and headaches.

Myofascial Face Massage AKA Spindle Therapy is a dry skin massage that helps to decrease tension in the fascial of your décolleté, neck and face. We start with honey massage to promote more blood flow and end with oil/buccal massage to treat tension in cheek muscles. This treatment is great for people with face/jaw tension, headaches and those looking to relax. 

A massage just for your face, neck and scalp. No intra-oral work is done (buccal massage). This treatment is ideal for people who don't like having work done inside their mouth. I can incorporate honey massage to promote blood flow and end with a eucalyptus hot towel.
