15 years and going strong. My journey through Massage Therapy has never been a dull moment. I graduated from the Canadian Collage of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 2011 and the profession has taken me on an incredible journey of learning, practice, and exploration. 

Sports massage and deep tissue were all I knew out of school. This path was very rewarding, taking me around the world with our Canadian National and Olympic speed skaters and many other athletes. But this work was affecting my own body, and when an opportunity to work in breast health opened up, I changed paths and found myself in the world of lymphatics.

For seven years I dedicated my practice to Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage. This led me to moving my practice to Vancouver, complete an internship in Austria (where one of the techniques originated), and viewing and treating the body in a completely different way. This light pressure massage is deceptively effective and works with the body internally as well as externally. 

Now, going on  six years,  I have redirected my focus to face massage and buccal massage. Addressing tension in the face can have a profound effect on overall wellbeing, helping address concerns such as headaches, jaw, and face tension, and improving circulation in an area that is very much ignored in the massage scene. 

When I’m not working, I’m active - training for life, playing chess and practicing hygge to the fullest with my lovely fur ball, Bunny. One day I hope to fund the HunnyBunny Foundation - A fairy godmother to rescue organizations and vulnerable animals in need. 

I have a passion for helping people meet their goals and feel honoured to be a part of their healing journey. I strive to create a respectful, safe, and inclusive environment for every body- my space is a space for everyone. I am very excited to share this chapter of my life with you.
